Cosmetic Injectables
Renuva
Renuva is an injectable allograft adipose-matrix treatment. Rather than adding a gel that occupies space, it is intended to provide a supportive framework within the treated area that the body's own cells may gradually populate, so any change develops over time. This makes it different from hyaluronic-acid dermal fillers, which add immediate volume and are resorbed, and different again from Sculptra or Radiesse, which act mainly as collagen stimulators. Renuva may be considered where small-volume contour or soft-tissue support is appropriate. No specific degree or duration of correction can be promised, and it is not a claim of permanent fat restoration. Suitability, product selection, injection technique and treatment areas depend on individual medical assessment by Dr. Areej Albisher and on locally approved use; results vary between patients.
May help with
- Selected small-volume contour irregularities
- Localized soft-tissue volume concerns
- Selected depressions or asymmetry
- Areas requiring subtle structural support after assessment
Treatment areas

- Selected body areas where medically appropriate
- Other areas determined after assessment
Common questions
Is there downtime?
Usual activities can often be resumed shortly afterwards. Swelling, redness, tenderness or bruising in the treated area may occur and commonly settles over days; experiences vary with the area treated.
When may results become visible?
Any change develops gradually as the treated area responds, so it is assessed over weeks to months rather than immediately. The degree of change varies and no specific outcome can be promised.
How many sessions may be recommended?
Some areas are treated once with review afterwards, while others may be approached gradually. The plan depends on individual assessment, the area treated and how the tissue responds.
