PB Serum Medium & High
PB Serum is an enzymatic treatment system based on recombinant enzymes, supplied in different formulations. Medium and High are distinct formulations or treatment strengths; they are not interchangeable and are not selected by patient preference, because the appropriate choice depends on the concern, the treatment area and clinical judgement. Where medically appropriate, this approach may be considered for selected localized fibrosis, the appearance of cellulite, selected scar-related tissue irregularities and localized tissue-quality or contour concerns. It does not dissolve all fat, completely remove cellulite or permanently eliminate fibrosis, and the High formulation is not automatically better for every patient. The exact formulation, preparation and method of administration depend on the product used, locally approved use and individual medical assessment by Dr. Areej Albisher. Suitability and results vary between patients.

Common questions
Is there downtime?
Usual activities can often be resumed shortly afterwards. Swelling, redness, tenderness or bruising in the treated area may occur and generally settles over days, varying with the formulation used and the area treated.
When may results become visible?
Any change is generally gradual as the treated tissue responds, and it is assessed over the weeks following treatment rather than immediately. The degree of change varies and cannot be promised.
How many sessions may be recommended?
A course of sessions spaced over time is common, with review in between. The number depends on the concern, the formulation selected, locally approved use and individual medical assessment.
