Clear + Brilliant
Clear + Brilliant is a fractional, non-ablative laser treatment. It creates an array of controlled microscopic treatment zones within the skin while leaving surrounding tissue intact, which supports the skin's natural renewal process over the following days and weeks. It is generally used as a gentler maintenance-style treatment and may help the appearance of uneven tone, mild textural irregularity, dullness and early changes related to sun exposure in suitable patients. It is not a substitute for more intensive resurfacing procedures, and it is not intended to address deeper scarring or marked laxity. Both the expected response and any downtime depend on the settings selected and on individual skin response. Dr. Areej Albisher determines suitability, settings and any course of sessions after in-person assessment, and results vary.

Is there downtime?
Downtime is usually limited but depends on the settings used. Temporary redness, warmth, mild swelling and a sandpaper-like texture for a few days may occur, and individual experiences differ.
When may results become visible?
A refreshed appearance is often noticed over the week or two after treatment as the skin renews, with more change typically seen across a course of sessions. The degree of improvement varies.
How many sessions may be recommended?
