Cosmetic Injectables
Rejuran
Rejuran is an injectable treatment containing polynucleotides, placed into the skin in small amounts across the treated area. It is used to support skin quality and the skin's own repair environment rather than to add volume, so it is not a dermal filler and is not intended to reshape facial contours. In suitable patients it may help the appearance of fine textural irregularity, dullness, fine lines and reduced elasticity, usually across a course of sessions. Different formulations exist, and the appropriate one, the injection technique and the treated areas depend on medical assessment and on locally approved use. No claim is made of skin regeneration, scar removal or permanent results. Dr. Areej Albisher confirms suitability after in-person assessment, and responses vary between patients.

Common questions
Is there downtime?
Small injection marks, mild swelling, redness or temporary bumps may be visible for a short period, commonly settling over a day or several days. Most patients continue usual activities, though experiences vary.
When may results become visible?
Any change in skin quality tends to be gradual and is usually assessed over the weeks following a course of sessions rather than immediately. The degree of improvement varies and cannot be promised.
How many sessions may be recommended?
A course of several sessions spaced a few weeks apart is common, with review afterwards and occasional maintenance. The plan depends on individual assessment and your skin's response.
