Skin Rejuvenation & Lifting
Ultherapy
Ultherapy is a non-surgical treatment that delivers focused ultrasound energy into deeper layers of the skin and the supportive tissue beneath it. The energy creates small, controlled points of heat that may stimulate the skin's natural collagen response over the following months, which can gradually support a firmer, better-defined appearance. Ultrasound imaging allows the depth of delivery to be visualised during treatment, so energy can be placed with care. Ultherapy may be considered for mild-to-moderate skin laxity where a non-surgical approach is appropriate, and it is not a substitute for surgery. Suitability, the areas treated and the expected degree of change depend on individual assessment by Dr. Areej Albisher, on locally applicable indications, and on skin and tissue characteristics. Results and suitability vary between patients.

Common questions
Is there downtime after Ultherapy?
Most daily activities can usually be resumed soon afterwards. Temporary redness, mild swelling, tenderness or a tingling sensation may occur and typically settle over hours to days, though this varies with the settings used and individual factors.
When may results begin to appear?
Because the response depends on gradual collagen remodelling, changes tend to develop over roughly two to three months and may continue for a period afterwards. Some patients notice a modest early change; the degree of improvement varies.
Will I need more than one session?
Many patients are treated in a single session and reviewed afterwards, while others may benefit from further treatment or a combined plan. The recommended approach is decided after medical assessment.
