Treatment guide
Hair & Scalp
Hair-loss diagnosis and treatment · Platelet-rich plasma · Exosome treatments · Therapeutic scalp injections · Individualised restoration plans
What it addresses
Pattern hair loss, diffuse shedding after illness, stress or childbirth, nutritional and thyroid-related loss, scalp inflammation, and early scarring alopecia.
Who may be suitable
Those with a confirmed diagnosis; scarring alopecia needs medical control first. Established, long-standing baldness may be better served by transplant referral.
Procedure overview
Scalp examination and trichoscopy with blood tests, then medical therapy, and platelet-rich plasma, exosome or therapeutic scalp injections in a course of sessions where indicated.
Downtime & aftercare
Tenderness and mild swelling for a day or two after injections. Hair grows slowly, so response is judged at four to six months with photographic comparison.
How consultation works
Dr. Areej assesses the concern, discusses alternatives, expected recovery and material risks before recommending a plan.
Frequently asked questions
